We are seeking a motivated Drone Sales Specialist to build and maintain client relationships, understand their unique challenges, and provide innovative drone solutions. This role is key to achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s growth.
Sales Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients, deliver tailored sales presentations, and effectively communicate the value of the company’s drone solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Develop strong client relationships, respond to inquiries, provide solutions, and maintain regular communication to enhance satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Maintain deep understanding of drone products, features, and capabilities to articulate benefits and technical specifications.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, overcome objections, address pricing concerns, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Sales Targets: Work toward achieving or surpassing assigned sales quotas, developing strategies and action plans as needed.
Lead Management: Manage leads and follow-ups through the CRM system, keeping records accurate and up-to-date.
Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager to align tactics and provide updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Customer Feedback Integration: Gather client feedback to contribute to product enhancements and service improvements.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Ethical Conduct: Maintain integrity and professionalism in all sales interactions, upholding the company’s reputation and values.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry developments, new technologies, and product advancements to improve sales skills.
Relevant Degree or Certificate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
4+ years’ experience in sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles.
Familiarity with drone technology or the aviation industry is advantageous.
